I purchased the 2 in 1 stun gun but there were no instructions that came with the product. I emailed the company and they emailed me the instructions which were very helpful plus there’s a YouTube video that someone posted reviewing the product. I’ve never owned a stun gun with the launchers before and so far I really like it. I hope that it’s super effective when the time comes for me to use it lol

I want to let anyone know Gunner Gear is LEGIT ! Ordered a stun gun, got it in a timely manner. Took out of box and charged it overnight. Next day tried to work it but it didn't work. Contacted GG thru email about the problem and within 5 min received an email telling me how to fix it and a video showing me how. I've had an awesome experience with GG. Thanks !!!

I’ve bought knives of all types, 3 Stun Guns a Real cool Taser/Stun Gun and accessories for my guns and my Dog it’s my to go place for my quality Tactical needs and with what’s been going on in our country lately I’m going to be prepared and Gunner Gear is hooking me up right, I’ve been collecting knives for years and I’d have to go here and there to find knives and equipment but now Gunner Gear sends me a knife about once a month that I can keep if I like it or send it back at no cost to me if I didn’t want it which has never happened, there knives are top notch with good steel, there always razor sharp, designed to be an everyday carry EDC or put on display to show how beautiful they are, I’ve never had any problems with not receiving my purchases promptly, never a problem with customer service and never a problem with any of the many items I’ve purchased from them and I highly recommend doing business and shopping for all of your tactical needs..

I initially bought one of the Automatic Knives (Switch Blade) and only planned on buying one. However, I was so impressed with the quality of the knife, I went back and bought the larger Black Widow, and another smaller knife, both automatic. When I received them I had a concern with one and had to contact customer service and they replied quickly and orovided a link to a video that resolved my problem! Will I deal with them again?!?! The answer is, ABSOLUTELY!!!
